Through language and imagery, H distills things down to their essence. A winnower by nature, they sift through ideas, words, and materials to reveal the heart of the matter at hand.
 

H is an editor and published writer with poetry featured or forthcoming in Soul Forte Journal, Starborne Journal, and Heartthrob. For over two years, they were the editor for a small letterpress printshop producing chapbooks in rural Appalachia, and they've since worked in digital, grassroots, and creative editorial roles.

With over a decade of professional experience, they apply their sharp eyes and honed whole-systems perspective to projects with collective impact and liberatory visions. Working with international teams, publishers, nonprofits, multidisciplinary creatives, and grassroots initiatives, they provide editorial refinement, content writing, design expertise, and overarching creative support.

 

A nonbinary lesbian with a love of language, community, and mudlarking, they’re guided by a commitment to collective liberation in all their professional and creative pursuits.
